The InstaWave from KISS is an at automatic curling iron that can be found in Walmart, Target, Amazon.com and Ulta in US stores.  In Canada, the Instawave is sold at Walmart.  The Instawave is super easy to use and has two heat settings: low and high.  For thinner, finer hair, use the low setting. For thicker hair, use the high setting.

If you want beachy, loose waves only leave hair around the wand for about 5-10 seconds.  For a tighter curl, leave hair around the wand for 10-20 seconds.

The InstaWave heats up in seconds and will automatically shut off after 90 minutes, in case you forget to turn the curling iron off, you won’t start a fire.

Check out how I did on my first try by watching the video below!
I usually burn myself when I curl my hair and it ends up being an epic fail.  But look at those curls!  The InstsWave automatic curler is seriously a miracle worker.
I can curl my hair without a mirror!

Tips for the Instawave:
Always hold wand vertically (if not, the hair will not wrap around properly)
Hold hair in a diagonal direction (so, the hair can wrap around the wand)
Pull wand out from hair vertically
Let hair set for a few moments before brushing
